This is a view of the Bibi Khanum Mosque from the southeast, looking at the southern wall of the sanctuary. While the arch has collapsed, the decoration on the inner wall of the archway is visible. The design is made of tiles laid in geometric patterns. Eight swastikas are joined together to the form the perimeter of the designs.
